         The 2019 annual summary and commendation conference was held in Chenxin canteen on 27th.         The meeting pointed out that in terms of management organization, Zhang Lisheng was appointed as the director of quality control department, who was responsible for the overall management of Chenxin and Dajin quality control department, as well as Chenxin assembly, commissioning and overall inspection, paint inspection, drawing management and measuring instrument management. Chen Wei was also appointed as the director of Daikin centrifuge assembly workshop, mainly responsible for the overall work of Daikin centrifuge assembly and after-sales accessories, as well as the material declaration of centrifuge, the maintenance of old machines, and the connection of maintenance list and sales list. The original mode of the same person of athletes and referees has been transformed into a mode with clear functions and clear responsibilities and powers, which can avoid the shift of responsibility and effectively reduce the conflicts among departments, posts and subordinates.

        The meeting pointed out that in this year, the company invested more than 1 million yuan to purchase advanced equipment such as CNC bending machine, horizontal machining center and CNC machine tool, and disposed of a batch of old equipment, which improved our quality and efficiency in production, reduced operators and reduced labor cost.

       The meeting stressed that digital construction should be promoted. According to the needs of production, purchase one sleeper and change the number of CNC sleeper. By December 2020, digital operation will be basically realized.

       The meeting pointed out that this year, the technical transformation project of the spraying workshop was approved, with an investment of more than 800000 yuan. The construction has started, and it is expected to be completed in January.

       The meeting stressed that it is not easy for us to successfully develop and launch new products such as electro-hydraulic servo S-type universal machine, E-type press, SX type pressure testing machine, flat push jaw universal machine and sinking centrifuge. These products meet the requirements of customers, win the market, greatly improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost, meet the delivery time, and make Chenxin Dajin have vitality.



        The meeting pointed out that with the efforts of many parties, the company handled more than 5 mu of land in the East and more than 2000 real estate warrants in December. More than 200000 yuan has been invested to repair the main production workshops.

        The meeting pointed out that under the unified layout of the company this year, 6S management has been actively promoted, such as adding tool racks in necessary workshops and work stations, etc., with clear color and marking, so that our workplace can be clear at a glance. The necessary tools and measuring tools shall be placed according to the specified position, so as to greatly eliminate the time for finding items, eliminate excessive overstocked items and reduce waste. In the process of implementation, all of us are not afraid of hardship, tiredness or dirtiness. At the same time, the unreasonable normality of warehouse and production is adjusted to make the warehouse better serve the production.

        The meeting emphasized to promote cleaner production. Place tools, measuring tools, cutting tools, tooling, workpieces, semi-finished products and assembly parts in the exclusive area according to the specifications, so as to clean them in advance, wipe them in the process and drag them out afterwards. Every day after work, the working area shall be dragged clean, the iron scraps shall be classified, and the garbage shall be sorted in place and removed. Promoting 6S management can improve the corporate image, reduce waste, improve efficiency, ensure quality, ensure safety, improve equipment life, reduce cost and ensure delivery time. As long as we are willing to do, change and persevere, we can play its maximum effectiveness.



        It was pointed out that this year, we have participated in many exhibitions and conferences, two Canton Fair, wisdom test and inspection & Testing Conference and exhibition, Inspection Instrument Exhibition Conference of China Academy of Building Sciences, China Import Expo, and Council of China Railway test & Testing Association. In addition, Wu Jinjin, director of equipment manufacturing industry development research center of General Institute of mechanical science, Hu Baorong, deputy district head of Shangyu District Committee, Feng Zhu, Secretary of Daoxu Party Working Committee and other leaders visited our company for guidance; Zhejiang University expert group visited our company for exchange and visit.

        The meeting pointed out that in terms of safety, there have also been seven major and minor safety accidents this year. There are 5 cases of less than 1000 yuan, 2 cases of more than 1000 yuan, and the company's loss is about 7089.7 yuan.

        The meeting stressed that attention should be paid to the safety of production, fire, electricity, water, road to and from work, and operation of mechanical equipment.



        The meeting emphasized that during the above activities, we exchanged with merchants, learned a lot of advanced experience at home and abroad, and learned from them, and achieved good results. At the same time, it publicized the company's image, promoted the popularity of the company, promoted the sales of products, displayed the company's services and technology, and improved the competitiveness of the company itself.

        It was pointed out at the meeting that according to the requirements of production plan and process plan, the whole machine was put into storage in a consistent, batch and batch manner. It is required that the warehouse location is accurate and the outsourcing is in place on time. The arrangement of personnel shall be informed to the operator 2 days in advance.

        The meeting stressed that the principle of "glorious labor, more work, more pay" should be advocated, and those who can do quota should be encouraged to do quota as much as possible (except for special work stations). Regardless of the overall situation, individuals engaged in the nine-year plan should be banned, and the phenomenon of profit and private damage to enterprises should not be allowed to develop again. Encourage employees to work together, give full play to their talents, and offer suggestions for the company. If they have made significant contributions, they will be rewarded and praised!

        The meeting stressed that we should abide by labor discipline and factory rules and regulations, and improve the personnel who go to work, play with mobile phones, spend time in idling and leave late and early.



        It was pointed out that the relocation of the exhibition hall should be completed before May 1 next year.

The meeting stressed that we should unite and help, be loyal to the enterprise, not allow small groups, not allow gangs, and learn from each other and help each other. We should carry forward the virtues of mentoring, guide and help new employees and apprentices, make them familiar with the company's environment and work content, and cultivate a sense of belonging.

        The meeting pointed out that in the previous year's problems, it was found that the circulation card was not issued in time after the completion of the product or was issued uniformly by the deadline. In order to ensure that the product information recorded in the parts processing circulation card is consistent with the physical information of the product and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the production data, the circulation card should be issued by the workshop director after the completion of the parts and components, and after the inspectors passed the inspection Sign, and the operator shall submit it to the warehouse for warehousing before settlement.

       The meeting stressed that leave request should be written in advance. In case of any special circumstances, the person in charge of the department or workshop should be sent to ask for leave in the form of SMS or wechat, and the leave request should be supplemented immediately afterwards. The workshop and department shall record the information time and leave request. The management personnel shall ask for leave on the management platform, otherwise it shall be handled according to the factory discipline and regulations.
